Board Nomination

Nominations are called from members of Badminton New Zealand for two (2) Elected Board Member positions, to be filled at the upcoming 2026 Badminton New Zealand Annual General Meeting.

Nominations for Elected Board Member positions must be submitted via the online form below no later than 7th April 2026 in accordance with Clause 14.4 of the Badminton New Zealand Constitution.

To achieve full compliance with Sport New Zealand gender diversity requirements, a minimum of two (2) self-identified women must join the Badminton New Zealand board as board members at the 2026 Annual General Meeting. Non-compliance could put Badminton New Zealand funding at risk.

The Badminton New Zealand board strongly encourages members to nominate suitable self-identified women candidates from across all regions of New Zealand for the two (2) elected board member vacancies.
