Media Consent

Badminton New Zealand will have staff capturing photographs and video footage at various stages throughout the year to promote and share details about the New Zealand Junior National Squad and programme.

By completing this consent form, the player hereby agrees and acknowledges that Badminton New Zealand have the right to take or have taken by others: photographs, digital images, audio and/or video footage, and to store and publish the images or footage in any form, in whole or in part, and distribute them in any medium including, but not limited to, digital media, print, or social media.

I consent to the images being used by Badminton New Zealand or provided to others for the following purposes only:

• General news or promotion of badminton.
• The production of resources, graphic material or promotional displays for Badminton New Zealand and/or stakeholders and sponsors.
• Promoting and advertising relevant Badminton New Zealand events, programmes or initiatives.
